Before Talentrus, Gavin worked as an Associate Director within NAB’s Group Finance team and as a Government Consulting Manager at PwC. Gavin is a lawyer, Chartered Accountant and MBA with extensive industry experience.

Ian is our Principal Presenter, with over 30 years of experience designing and delivering executive-level leadership programs across major organisations in Australia. He has worked with leading institutions including CBA, NAB, Westpac, Morgan Stanley, AMP Financial Planning, Chartered Accountants ANZ, AstraZeneca and various government departments.

George brings experience across financial crime regulation, governance, data and cyber security consulting, and legal practice. His cross-disciplinary background provides a practical perspective on AML/CTF risk and regulatory expectations.

Blake has experience working with businesses on tax advisory, compliance considerations and tax structuring. She brings insight into how taxation frameworks interact with business operations and financial decision-making from tax perspective.

Victoria currently works at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). Prior to joining the Australian Public Service as a government lawyer, she worked in private practice representing state government agencies and their insurers in litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims. Victoria also served as a Judge’s Associate at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, gaining valuable practical experience and insight in court processes and judicial decision-making.
